ARM is working with Microsoft to tune the Windows Bone to work on processors based on ARM'southward 64-scrap compages, an ARM official said this week.
Ian Forsyth, program director at ARM, could not annotate on a specific release engagement for the 64-chip version of Windows for ARM processors, but said ARM is continuously working with software partners to add together 64-bit support.

A Qualcomm spokeswoman said the company cannot annotate at this time on specific production plans. Withal, Qualcomm is an ARM partner and helps explore and evaluate emerging technologies including 64-bit software back up, the spokeswoman said in an e-mail.
